From the initial conversation about what I wanted in a future home, Kathie really listened and "heard" me. I immediately started to receive listings that were genuinely what I would be interested in... from there I was able to engage Kathie to look at the ideal property (having looked on my own at the listings sent my way). That initial walk around the property, she demonstrated her knowledge and expertise about houses, things to look for, important issues that may come up on a Home Inspection Report, timeline of purchasing, lining up mortgage broker, etc... She wasn't just a "realtor" doing her job, she was a friend coaching another friend to find the right place to call home. I felt she was engaged, communicative, at my side throughout the entire process. I would rate her an 11 on a scale of 1-10! She is really wonderful to work with!

Do NOT use. She will say and do whatever necessary to make a sale go through. DOES not work for you but for her commission. Reported to Licensing Board for unethical practice. She passed us on to another realtor days after she had submitted a purchase contract on our behalf VIA TEXT MESSAGE. She claimed it was for personal reasons. We learned via Facebook that those personal reasons were her trip to Aruba. She claimed that she had a verbal agreement on this purchase contract and was only waiting for sellers to return from vacation to sign, so this other realtor who we had never met and had no knowledge of would simply have to get their signature, which we later learned was an absolute lie. She passed us over to another realtor who had a personal relationship with the SELLERS of the home we were purchasing. We did not learn that until far too late. It cost us deeply. I wouldn't recommend her to my worst enemy.

From start to finish, Kathie was absolutely wonderful to work with when it came to buying our very first home. She instantly made us feel comfortable with not only her, but the entire house hunting/buying process. Not only was she in tune with our wants and needs, but she also showed incredible knowledge of what to look for beyond just the appearance of the home. Our buying process was a breeze, and we couldn't have done it without Kathie. We found our home in March within two weekends of looking and closed shortly thereafter in May. Her negotiation skills were on point, as we were able to get our home well below asking price! It was such a pleasure working with Kathie; she was always there whenever we had any kind of question. Kathie handled a very difficult sale for me. My house was heading into foreclosure and I had to work out a short sale with the bank to avoid a foreclosure report on my credit. The bank was extremely difficult to deal with and very frustrating. It took almost seven months before it was over and done with and Kathie stayed on top of it every step of the way. I don't think any other agent would have been so tenacious in getting the deal done. She was very professional and great to work with and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy a home.
